Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team and assume a leadership position managing our loyalty financial partnerships including our cobranded credit card and our payment provider relationships. This includes managing the cobrand credit card marketing, including the execution of campaigns and communications to drive cardmember acquisition and engagement. This person will be involved in both the content development and the production processes, working with internal and external team to launch campaigns and processes through both Expedia and partner channels.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute Loyalty marketing campaigns to drive cobrand cardmember acquisition on site, and in electronic and print communications.
• Own and manage the development, implementation, and evaluation of cobrand and financial partner communications, strategy, and plans
• Be the internal voice of the cobrand card, ensuring that the product and technology teams are considering the cobrand card in new product development, and lobby for change where necessary
• Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of Loyalty marketing plans
• Develop and implement appropriate campaign performance and ROI tracking methods for customer communications and touch points
• Work with technical and partner teams to identify and drive process enhancements to drive streamlined execution of marketing programs and promotions
• Ensure that all Expedia and partner-initiated communications meet mandatory brand and legal guidelines, and communication goals
• Manage cobrand credit card P&L, including forecasting, promotional modeling, and performance monitoring and tracking

Qualifications:
• Solid history of successful project and/or campaign delivery
• Excellent communication skills and ability to carefully manage expectations
• Partner or relationship management experience
• High attention to detail, highly organized and efficient
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional coordination
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to think strategically and develop new campaigns and initiatives to meet partnership goals

Work Experience and Education Guidelines:
5+ years of related marketing experience in travel, hospitality, ecommerce, and/or retail consumer, strongly preferred
Bachelors and /or proven experience including campaign management, e-mail or direct mail marketing or partner management
Loyalty marketing or cobrand credit card partnership experience a plus.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate internally and with external vendors
Demonstrated ability to work flawlessly under pressure to meet deadlines
Ability to problem solve and provide creative solutions
