Product Marketing Manager

Overall Responsibilities: 

Go-to-market: 
* Drive development of creative assets with internal creative teams or agencies to tell narrative/stories across key marketing channels e.g., website, internal vision video, external social creative, CRM, social etc. 
* Partner with consumer-facing PMM, Retail, CRM, Social teams to guide the execution of these narratives across touch points. 

Customer Experience & Insights: 
* Collaborate with Insights team and / or external partners to conduct new research that offers insights into the competition, needs and wants of global consumers and identify opportunities. 
* Work with manager and cross-functional teams to translate user needs and wants into product requirements. 
* Synthesize industry and competitive insights to identify unique opportunities

Hardware brand and product offerings 
Ad hoc: 
* Support manager on ad-hoc strategic and marketing efforts based on business priorities (e.g., launch event). 

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities: 
* Drive development of creative assets with internal creative teams or agencies to tell x-product narrative/stories across key marketing channels e.g., website, internal vision video, external social creative, CRM, social etc. 
* Partner with consumer-facing PMM, Retail, CRM, Social teams to guide the execution of these narratives across touch points. 
* Collaborate with Insights team and / or external partners to conduct new research that offers insights into the competition, needs and wants of global consumers and identify opportunities

Required Skills: 
* BA/BS degree, (In lieu of degree, 5+ years of relevant skills or equivalent experience). 
* 5+ years of marketing experience at a tech company. 
* Familiarity and experience using G-Suite products. 
* Proven skills building brand and product narratives through creative e.g., videos, visuals etc., and working with internal creative teams and external agencies to execute. 
* Strategic mindset and experience working with research teams / agencies to drive qualitative or quantitative research to uncover consumer insights and translate those into actionable product plans. 
* Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to establish relationships and collaborate cross-functionally. 
* Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to take ambitious projects and create compelling narratives for different audiences (incl. senior executives) 
* Proven ability to succeed in a fast paced, deadline driven, and dynamic work environment. 

Nice to Have Skills/Not Required: 
BA/BS degree in Business or Arts. 
Proven experience working with internal/external creative teams to develop online and offline creative e.g., webpage, videos, retail assets. 
* Proven experience working closely and effectively with internal product and marketing teams. 
* Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. 
* Self-starter, inquisitive and comfortable collaborating with many different cross-functional teams.
