Product Marketing Manager

​Overall Responsibilities: 
+ Help manage retention programs and newest subscription product offering cable-free live TV 
+ Help manage product launches and communications for product updates and launches 
+ Lead production: digital asset creation and collection, copy creation, brand, network, and legal approvals, and workflows 
+ Write consumer-facing communications for channels like email, notifications, in-product messaging 
+ Help communicate data analysis, experiment design, and learnings throughout the marketing org as well as cross-functionally 

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities: 
+ Manage timelines and deliverables for feature and content launches 
+ Help manage retention programs and experimentation 
+ Manage member communications to member 

Required Skills: 
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and relevant field 
3-5 years of retention marketing experience working on a B2C Internet product or service 
Willingness to get your hands dirty; we use proprietary tools that might (often) have bugs; we inspect and fix HTML, run SQL queries to retrieve data 
Strong project management, ability to work across project teams on several projects at once, and previous experience working with agencies 
Creative problem-solving capabilities, strength in working under tight timelines, and an easy-going attitude in high-stress environments 

Nice to have Skills (not required): 
Experience with a subscription business a plus. 
Test & learn chops proficiency with experiment design, measurement and analysis 
A proven track record of successfully managing communications to a subscriber base. 
Experience managing production and delivery of email and notification campaigns
