Product Marketing Manager

Our pharmaceutical client in Boston, is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager, responsible for developing tactical tools that will be executed across all markets. He/She will be working closely with in-country and regional marketing leads to ensure tactical implementation. Positions available across Neurology, Hematology & Nephrology specialties based on interests, prior experiences and therapeutic area needs. 

Job Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Own execution of the tactical plan 
  • Cultivate strong relationships with cross functional teams, including country marketing teams, market research and others to support strategy development by leveraging market insights 
  • Collaborate with countries to identify best practices 
  • Own conferences and global marketing forum 
  • Gathers competitive information to inform differentiation strategy 
  • Responsible for personal and non-personal promotion 
  • Track and monitor key performance indicators 
  • Help establish disease and product positioning 
  • Define physician targets and strategic drivers 
  • Create unbranded and branded educational campaigns and content 
  • Provide commercial direction on training content and tool development 

Travel: anticipate 30%
