Product Marketing Manager

We're looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Marketing team. This product team builds products that support our community in making real-world impact, including crisis response tools, fundraising and donation tools, and a blood donations feature. This marketing team is responsible for all elements of marketing this work globally. This includes crafting the product narratives, informing product strategy and messaging with insights, and driving go-to-market planning and execution. Responsibilities:

  • Apply quantitative and qualitative insights to inform marketing plans and execution
  • Plan and manage successful marketing campaigns and programs across multiple channels, including platform ads and events, to raise awareness of our products
  • Support marketing efforts through activities such as asset creation (still, animated, and/or video), competitive analysis, and product launch planning (messaging and asset development)
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams (including product, internal creative studio, external creative agencies, PR, partnerships, media planning, and analytics stakeholders)
  • Manage multiple stakeholder approvals, including legal, privacy, comms, and policy
  • Be willing and able to flex between strategic and tactical/execution responsibilities

Skills:

  • Self-starter with proven ability to independently and quickly get up to speed on complex and sensitive products with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with end-to-end, multi-channel marketing campaigns and programs, including Facebook ads, leading strategy, creative development, media planning, experiment/measurement design, and post-campaign analysis and reporting
  • Experience quarterbacking go-to-market planning and execution for sensitive product launches
  • Global marketing experience, including managing product launches and marketing campaigns across several markets
  • Strong writing skills to draft content for marketing assets and develop clear, inspirational creative briefs
  • Experience synthesizing a large amount of information and translating complex topics into simple and intuitive communications
  • Strong at project management and execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
  • High energy, team player and skilled at building relationships across cross-functional teams, including experience working with Product Management
  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, brand management, and/or
  • 10+ direct response marketing
  • Global marketing experience
  • Experience thriving in an unstructured, dynamic, and fast-paced environment Analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience marketing new products and defining the category

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree; MBA preferred
