We are looking for a marketing expert who is passionate about making products into brands, growing adoption for products, and being the consumer voice in shaping product vision.
You will be responsible for
1) growing user sentiment for our brand;
2) advising marketing and advertising for the Company's Brand;
3) improving overall processes and driving media and advertising education throughout the Product Marketing organization.

The successful candidate must have strong experience in driving brand and consumer marketing through multiple channels with a specific experience on the Facebook advertising platform. He or she must thrive with cross-functional teams and exhibit excellent skills in brand building, product positioning, creative marketing, and must also be very analytical. This is a full-time temporary position based at our headquarters in Menlo Park.

Responsibilities:
Build marketing campaign strategies
Own the positioning, segmentation, and consumer value prop for key consumer products and then execute go-to-market plans
Manage ambitious senior IC PMMs and providing strategic guidance to the team on their product areas
Drive thought leadership and decision making with XFN leaders (VPs) on a regular basis
Partner with some of the leading thinkers in research, design, and analytics to define new priorities and opportunities
Influence product roadmap by framing competitive landscape, target markets, and providing market and consumer insights.
Drive product adoption and usage through marketing campaigns and in-product education
Plan and lead successful product launches
Manage cross-functional teams (including PR, research, sales, design, product, and engineering) to deliver world-class product marketing communications
Act as the voice and advocate of the customer, ensuring our products are adding value to people's lives

Requirements:
8+ years professional experience in marketing, business strategy, and/or consulting, demonstrating leadership
8+ years professional experience in product marketing or product management
Experience partnering with Product Management and Engineering organizations
Experience and expertise with Direct Response Marketing, Data and Technology solutions, Advertising Tech, and Partnerships
Advanced skills in data analysis while delivering actionable insights
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining strict attention to details
Ability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively with stakeholders
Comfort with a fast-paced, always-on, start-up environment
A proactive voice who is comfortable ensuring their opinions are heard
