Product Marketing Manager - Financial Services

This is a position within our client's digital marketing team, which is responsible for the strategy and product management of new online capabilities. Specifically, this product will help transition customers across channels or interact with financial services contacts in an online environment.
This position will be responsible for executing the product strategy, influencing business partners across the enterprise and leading product development efforts in this space.

The successful candidate in this position will lead the successful initiation, execution, and operation of best-in-class online experiences for revenue-generating e-business initiatives that enable customers to seamlessly transact across various channels. In this important role, you will utilize your product management, partnership, analysis, and competitive research and collaboration skills.

Champion e-business revenue generating activities
• Help define a strategic roadmap for e-business revenue generating efforts.
• Conduct strategic business and customer analysis to identify areas of opportunity and use the results to resolve problems and improve the customer experience.
• Coordinate and enforce Usability, Design and Information Architecture standards to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Develop ideas for enhancing existing functionality or identifying new functionality based on customer research, competitive benchmarking and partner needs.

Project Initiation
• Develop business requirements and coordinate approval across product LOBs, design team, Legal / Compliance, Brand, Enterprise Marketing.
• Partner with Project Manager/Business Analyst to develop Functional Requirements.
• Develop project communications plans to enable cross-team understanding of project impacts.

Project Execution and On-going Product Management
• Facilitate and drive decisions around scope, and critical project trade-offs.
• Ensure timely, high-quality and on-budget delivery of products that meet or exceed expectations.
• Manage initiatives across a complex, matrixed environment to achieve desired results.
• Provide direction and oversight to teams on the development and implementation of projects.
• Evaluation and measurement of key drivers/success metrics for capabilities.
