Product Marketing Coordinator

· Support the efforts of the Product Marketing Manager(s)

· Collaborate within marketing, and with sales and product development to bring the voice of the customer to everything you do

· Bring insightful questions that challenge the status quo as you assist the product team. Review and translate insightful, comprehensive market research to understand the needs of the market and turn them into product requirements

· Collaborate with sales and a variety of marketing functions to drive revenue through strategic market planning and execution

· Coordinate and assist cross-functional teams through key milestones and decision points to complete marketing projects.




Responsibilities Include:

· Researching market trends

· Assisting in the Development of competitive analysis

· Coordinate the development of sales ready deliverables, such as:

o Marketing websites/content

o Product Brochures

o Sample packages

o Sales presentations

o Catalog content

o Event support (conferences, author events, symposiums, etc.)

o Sales tools

· Supporting efforts around the development of messaging, positioning

· Coordinate and assist in providing sales support and training



Qualification Requirements:

The Product Marketing Coordinator must be proactive, results-driven and detail-oriented, and able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. This person must have strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. This individual will be a collaborative team player.

· Strong ability to influence at all levels within the organization
· Strategic forward thinker who puts the needs of the whole over their individual contribution
· Effective communicator in both written and verbal forms

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required
• 2+ years’ experience in marketing
• Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• Salesforce.com and marketing automation experience preferred
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Strong analytical and process skills
• Team and project management skills
• Very detailed-oriented with a results mind-set
