Product Marketing Coordinator

The role would involve supporting the strategic development and implantation of end-to-end multi-channel product marketing plans. This person would be responsible for developing and executing multiple marketing creatives for a given project and tracking the campaign results. He/she would also support the preparation for cross-functional working sessions and meetings in regards to each project. I’m looking for someone with fantastic attention to detail, ability to confidently and flawlessly operate autonomously, strong ability to manage multiple work streams and partner effectively with other teams.

Key Responsibilities
· Support marketing campaign set-up and execution tasks across channels: Direct Mail, Online, and Phone.
· Act as Primary Point of Contact with our Compliance and Legal partners to drive adherence to all applicable rules and regulations.
· Work closely with Marketing Managers to align campaign timelines and coordinate changes to creative assets.
· Coordinate creative development with creative agencies and collaborate with cross-functional partners and colleagues for flawless execution.
· Provide regular campaign status reports to Marketing Managers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· At least 1 – 3 years of work experience, with an interest in marketing
· Strong project management skills
· Ability to multi-task, operate autonomously, and prioritize effectively
· Bachelors degree in business, marketing or finance
· Self-starter who thrives in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment
· Excellent analytic and communications skills with ability to influence key partners
· Extremely detail-oriented with a strong process mindset

· Affinity for direct experience in Compliance or Operations

· Enjoys working in team environment with a positive attitude
