Product Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a Product Marketing Coordinator (PMC) on a contract basis. The responsibilities include:

* Social Media
• Daily management of Twitter, blog, and YouTube - includes managing updates, tracking updates, calendar, content sourcing and coordination
• Email Marketing List
• Responsible for updating, managing, and maintaining DBR email marketing list
• Maintains email marketing lists
• Provides clean lists to agency for email sends
• Provides new leads lists to sales for entry into Salesforce

* Content
• Supports content updates to sales collateral, sales presentations, etc. as new statistics become available or as a request is made from sales
• Project manages research studies, gathers feedback from team and ensures delivery by deadline o Coordinate and schedule webinars and webinar speakers

* Tradeshow Marketing
• Support production of marketing deliverables for DBR tradeshows, including sales collateral, email campaigns, giveaways, signage
• Point person for coordinating speaking engagements and/or panel presentations

* Advertising
• Supports management of advertising calendar and creative assets
• Submit creative requests for banner ads and provides new image to various agencies on a weekly/monthly basis
• Works with Web Dev team to ensure tracking codes are implemented

* Website Maintenance
• Works with PMM to ensure spotlights are updated on a regular basis
• Works with Web Dev to update Events page and to submit content for Resources page
• Uses CMS for routine website updates

* Marketing Metrics Reporting
• Data entry for and management of IDS Marketing Dashboard - includes tracking for but not limited to:
o Website traffic
o Webinar views
o White Paper downloads
o Video views
o Leads generated for sales
o Advertising CTR'
o Email campaign performance
o Integrated Marketing Campaign performance
o Social: YouTube traffic, Twitter traffic, Blog traffic, Comments, etc...
o Newsletter statistics and performance
o Webinar performance


* Product Marketing Billing & Invoicing
• Responsible for opening Purchase Requests, entering new vendors into the system, tracking PO's, adding funds to PO's, processing bills for payment, tracking payments, tracking invoices against budgets
• Main point of contact to vendors for Accounts Payable
• Pull monthly budget data to submit to Finance

* Creative Queue Management
• Update Creative Queue in Daily Grind report with weekly prioritizations
• Communicate with all stakeholders on status and updates

* Newsletters
• Support creation and execution of newsletter for b2b newsletter including but not limited to entering content into templates, managing creative tickets for content and graphics, collaborating with product marketing team for messaging/content, offers etc, including requesting promo codes
• Submits DBR articles for review to Experian CSDA Newsletter

* Misc. Product Marketing Support:
• Support tactical and strategic initiatives of the product marketing team
• Schedule and coordinate monthly Product Marketing Breakfast & Learn
• Maintain marketing calendar and distribute to internal stakeholders
• Writing and submitting internal Creative Briefs as necessary
• Document group meetings and preparing recap notes

Skills Required:
• 3 – 5 years of b2b marketing experience
• A degree in marketing or communications
• Agency experience
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Independent and self-motivated worker who collaborates well with multiple cross-functional teams
• Strong project manager with proven ability to perform well on multiple projects at a given time
• Experience managing to deadlines and budgets
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and determine how to accomplish tasks with competing priorities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Social media experience – blog, twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn o Wordpress or other blogging platform experience a plus
• Must be proficient in MS Office Suite
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite a plus
• Tradeshow marketing experience a plus

Skills Preferred but Not Required:
• 3 - 5 years of b2b marketing experience
