Our Client is looking for a passionate, deeply knowledgeable and highly motivated Product Marketing Analyst with strong business acumen experienced in a marketing environment. Team/Department Mission Reporting into the Business Manager, Subscriptions, the Product Marketing Analyst will support the analysis and forecasting needs of the EMEA Subscriptions Team, working closely with various members of this team on a range of projects to ensure that we truly understand the Subscriptions business – looking back to understand how our initiatives have performed, and forwards to compile business cases and accurately forecast our metrics both in the short and long term. Key Accountabilities • Long Range Business Planning (LRP): o Draw up EMEA versions of global proposals, on both video games platforms o Analyses for hypotheses behind LRP • Forecasting subscriptions: o Driving EMEA all up and country forecast models, both platforms, for the quarterly forecasts and yearly budget setting process o Analyses accompanying the forecast: • Organic trends (looking back): providing the historical trends to understand organic trends going forward • Assumptions (looking forward): providing additional analyses to support the hypotheses of the forecast • Sensitivity/conditional analyses o Variances to forecasts: • Explaining variances to budget, forecasts, outlook in rate-terms every week/month • Layering on judgments to daily breakouts of budgets/forecasts • Monthly forecasts: o Driving the EMEA all up and UK outlooks o Driving adoption of statistics model / improving and automating existing model. o Re-evaluating effect of outlook on year-end position every month • Analytical support for business cases and projects. • Deep dives into business performance Relationships The role will serve as a key interface across the Subscriptions business and will partner on a daily basis with a large number of people across many borders and time zones. Building relationships with • Global: Global Business Team • EMEA HQ teams: Business Team, CRM, Product Marketing, Customer Insight, Dash Programming • Live Leads in the EMEA subsidiaries (26 local markets)

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Essential Experience • Ability to forecast based on data and trends • Strong analytical skills • Commercially-minded • Understanding of corporate finance and management accounting • Experience working on business cases • Understanding of marketing strategy and campaign activity within companies that have significant customer databases Technical/Functional Skills • Highly advanced Excel skills • Some statistics experience desired • Comfortable manipulating and working with data sets, pivot tables, advanced and nested formulae • Strong PowerPoint skills Personal Attributes/Interpersonal Skills Time management: - Ability to manage multiple projects - Adaptable to changing business priorities Communication skills: - Strong communication skills with ability to present their analysis to a large audience in an engaging way - Ability to collaborate well across cultures and time zones - Strong stakeholder management with ability to work in a cross-matrixed organisation Qualifications • Graduate degree or relevant work history.
