Our huge financial brand client is seeking a Product Manager with Virtual Reality experience!


The Product Manager (PM) is a core team member in their marketing lab groups, working with one of our incubators for a particular new business opportunity. In this role, you will lead a cross business unit team to expand Virtual Reality training across the company. You bring to the table a unique blend of business and technical savvy—big-picture vision with the drive and knowhow to make that vision a reality.

A passion for Virtual Reality and learning, and the ability to find innovative solutions is essential.

The Expertise We’re Looking For

· 5+ years of relevant experience in product management, business planning, technology, or software development

· Virtual Reality and/or Learning and Development experience is highly desired

· Familiarity with Lean, Design Thinking, and Agile

· Bachelor degree in business, computer science, or other relevant field is required. An MBA is a plus.

The Purpose of Your Role

The PM is a core part of the product team and will share accountability with other functional leaders for the product strategy, creation, and testing of new product concepts. In this capacity you will:

· Work closely with designers, project managers, and developers on an integrated product team

· Communicate across all areas of the company to serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering

· Participate in the entire product line lifecycle, from strategic planning to tactical activities

· Identify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by ongoing visits to customers and non-customers

· Develop product proposals with clear functionality, customer value, time to market, and development requirements

· Drive a solution set across teams through market requirements, product contracts, and positioning

· Analyze potential partner relationships for the product

· Analyze consumer trends and customer feedback to add new product ideas and themes into the pipeline

· Work with competitive analysis and market sizing, including primary and secondary research

· Strong statistical analysis, project management skills, product development process experience

· High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

· Must be a team player with ability to work across multiple business groups and partners

· Strong working knowledge of PC and Microsoft Office applications
