We are looking for a smart, driven, and entrepreneurial Sr. Product Manager to join the team. This role will be responsible for launching key initiatives and features aimed at building out our exchange program in Books, Video Games, CE, DVD and Music. We are looking for someone who is passionate about launching and growing new programs and building new experiences which impact millions of customers.

In this role you will be responsible for conceiving and developing new products and features targeted to the company's exchange program customers. Other responsibilities include development of new concepts and delivery models, definition and synthesis of business requirements from internal and external stakeholders, writing product specifications and driving project milestones from design to release. You will lead and coordinate efforts between cross-functional teams to develop best-in-class products and solutions.You will be expected to assess appropriate trade-offs to optimize customer experience, time-to-market, and to clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal stakeholders and remote project teams.

The right candidate will possess a strong Product Management background, and will have experience launching multiple customer-focused products and features. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done. Maturity, strong business judgment, a customer-centric mindset, negotiation skills, ability to influence and analytical talent are essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize product features and functions
- Drive operational and technical solution development to support implementation of desired features and functions
- Develop business requirements and user stories to provide design and development direction to UX design and Dev teams; collaborate with UX design and Dev teams to iterate and refine designs; QA final products prior to release
- Define, measure and manage customer experience and business performance metrics for stakeholders; root cause performance issues, define solutions to address them, and implement with speed

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in product management in e-commerce or related industries
- Demonstrated ability to take ideas from concept to execution
- Demonstrated ability to successfully influence multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams across geographies and business units
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and support business cases
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to identify and solve highly ambiguous problems
- Attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA preferred
- Ownership of developing and launching consumer-facing initiatives
