We're looking for a Sr Product Manager to leverage their strategy, project management, and relationship management skills to plan, develop, deliver, and scale cross-platform technical solutions and software products to support our internal creative, design, and advertising teams.

The Sr Product Manager will identify market opportunities, create and drive strategic product alignment, and coordinate design and engineering teams to produce software products and tech tools to support the company's internal creative and advertising agency. The Product Manager will drive budget planning, manage the go-to-market roadmap, monitor development, and identify opportunities for innovation. They will also proactively engage with their business partners and stakeholders to report on progress, opportunities for new initiatives, and/or optimization of their portfolio of products. Responsible for the health of their business and for increasing the adoption of their products, he/she will focus on identification and understanding their customer’s needs.

Basic Qualifications:

7+ years in product account or program management with online industry experience in an agency or internal creative team environment
Experience with project delivery for large, cross functional projects
Experience managing programs in Internet products and technologies
Experience communicating and handling cross functional programs.
Candidates must be independent and flexible, with executive-level communication skills, a strong customer focus.
Essential program management skills include collecting business requirements, reviewing specifications, analyzing cost/benefit of project selection, and communicating results throughout the organization.
Experience in writing senior management reports and owning business forecasts and budgets
Proven ability to think clearly in a high-volume, fast-paced environment; isolate, analyze and report on a variety of data, and solve complex problems for multiple stakeholders in a fluid environment
Ability to define the long-term vision using data, and owning the goals that lead into the vision
Ability to identify issues and building a plan to resolution
Identifies meaningful components of competitive analysis that inform decisions for the product portfolio and roadmaps

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree, or substantial comparable experience
Experience in e-commerce/retail
Experience in working with a creative team
Experience in managing a project or team in multiple countries

Typical work day:
A big chunk of the team is in London, Scotland, Romania. = Early calls. 8am and 9am calls. Sometimes 7am calls, which can be taken from home if needed.
