Product Manager II

Build and own the strategic road-map for a career site and work closely with design, product, and engineering to drive enhancements and improved results
Bridge business requirements for the site with the technical and design team(s)
Establish the company's employer brand presence throughout the site as a critical channel for informing the external market on who the company is, and is not as an employer.
Own the resolution of all content related bugs and enhancements
Provide internal stakeholders with ongoing communication and leadership related to site insights and expectations on future improvements to the site
Manage the day to day site requests that come from internal users across the globe
Clearly report results, key learnings from user behavior on the site, and propose recommendations based on analytical insight
Establish and maintain knowledge of latest career site innovations and opportunities

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is required
Demonstrable product management experience
Experience with leading content strategies for website(s) that leverage a CMS and/or related content approval workflows
Strong analytical ability
Both right-brained and left-brained: creativity to generate many new ideas to test with the analytical skill to use data to understand and optimize results
Ability to get an incredible amount done in an unstructured environment

Preferred Qualifications:
M.B.A., MS or MA preferred
Agile development experience
Experience in ecommerce and/or retail with large digital footprint
Ability to manage large numbers of initiatives and competing priorities
Ability to deliver both tactical and long-term priorities
Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills as well as a proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.


The employer team is currently 5 people. They own the company reputation as an employer. How they convey internally and externally what it’s like to work here. They have several channels to do that. One focus is on social media. They also are figuring out paid adverts and other ad channels. They have a Graphic designer for print ads etc. Lastly is the primary channel of the global career site. The PM responsible for the company job site is responsible for business ownership of the career site. They need to make sure the employer brand message is conveyed through the site and connects with the other channels.

Project Description:
This contractor will be responsible for the website channel
This contractor will work with the developer team every week on developing and defining the product road map for the website.

Responsibilities/Deliverables:
Get the road map developed and in place for the career website.
This role will focus on translation of the business need into actions and helping the tech team understand what the needs are.
They want to put a new tile on the site that shows you how to find internship opportunities. Someone builds out the business use case and represents that in the meeting and explains why that button would make sense.
