Our client's Small Business Banking Customer Segments Team is transforming the way we serve our customers’ business needs. We are looking for capable change agents that thrive on driving teams to reach new levels of performance and collaboration. Our project managers must have an energetic personality with a “get stuff done” attitude. If you are results driven, customer focused, and analytically oriented we want you to join our team. You will help drive the implementation of the firm’s Business Banking Strategy, foster collaboration throughout product, marketing, and sales teams, and make banking better for Small Business Banking customers.  
Responsibilities:
• Align strategic priorities, goals, and objectives with efficient project execution
· Incorporate Design Thinking principles to ensure the customer’s needs are addressed in the final product
· Apply lean techniques, agile, and other project management methodologies to deliver in a rapid, dynamic, and fast-paced environment
· Utilize strong vertical and horizontal communication skills to provide clear, concise communication and influence Business Banking Leadership and project teams
· Leverage problem-solving and influencing skills to ensure projects deliver on intent
· Effectively manage matrixed resources from multiple groups to ensure projects can be accurately managed, tracked, documented, and delivered
· Identify gaps in our project management processes and provide recommendations to improve them
• Analyze information to make decisions and/or influence change
• Represent function to external stakeholders
• Maintain close working relationship with our business partners and other cross-organizational partners
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years in Product Management
• Experience using Lean or Agile project management techniques
• Passion for customers and a demonstrated focus on customer experience
• Energy, motivation, and commitment to drive to results in a challenging, fast-paced environment. 
• Demonstrated ability to meet commitments, build consensus, negotiate resolutions, and garner respect from other teams
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work internally across all teams as well as externally with partners and vendors
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with an attention to detail
• Strong bias toward action
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Experience in Banking / Financial Services is a plus
