As the Product Manager you will be responsible for driving the vision, execution and optimization of all landing pages in support of campaign marketing efforts. Key responsibilities include:
• Engaging with multiple business stakeholders to ensure all product needs are captured
• Deep analysis of customer and site analytics to understand behavior, performance and opportunity areas
• Researching competition and customer to understand the market dynamics
• Prioritizing the short, mid and long term product roadmap to deliver against business results.
• Write user stories as part of an Agile project framework that:
o directly support primary objectives of the project
o are appropriate in size for iterative development
o include clear and specific acceptance criteria
o take into account dependencies on other stories and/or projects & initiatives
• Prioritizing, designing and implementing new features and enhancements
He/she effectively translates business strategies into product strategies, roadmaps and product specifications that deliver against both our core customer benefits and our company strategic and revenue goals. The Product Manager acts as the product champion, and is able to evangelize the product vision effectively to their team and to senior-level stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has prior experience with a large retail or software site and is capable of picking up new knowledge really fast. He/she is a strategic thinker, is analytical, detail and results-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic. He/she is a highly motivated self-starter. He/she is an excellent communicator and builds strong cross-functional relationships. This individual will be skilled in leading an Agile team and working collaboratively with Business Managers, Designers, Web Developers, Engineering, Project Managers, and QA. He/she is able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, at various stages of their development.

Qualifications
• 2+ years in a Product Owner/Product Management role for a large, online retail website or software company. Web experience required. Experience with mobile web or applications preferred.
• 1+ years experience in a Product Owner/Product Management role using an Agile methodology (Scrum, KanBan or other)
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels a plus (PPC, Affiliate,Online Display, Email, Social)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• Strong analytical, prioritization and negotiating skills
• Passionate about building great products and solving customer and business problems
