Our agency client is hiring an Associate Director Product Management. The selected candidate will need to work onsite at their client site Monday - Thursday in RI.
Main duties and responsibilities:
· Develop use cases and define business value for client's personalization initiative.
· Create scope matrix to detail all requirements that need to be accomplished by the system
· Multiple sessions with key client stakeholders to understand current state and document requirements
· Define business case and road mapping
· Strategize as to how to better utilize consumer data

· Transition into interpretation Phase
· 8+ years of experience
· Experience in personalization and data required
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Must be able to work M-Th at client site in Woonsocket, RI
· Healthcare or retail industry experience preferred
· Experience with IA
