eCommerce client's Jewelry team is looking for a creative and entrepreneurial minded person to join an exciting and fast-paced team. They are revolutionizing the Jewelry space for consumers by working to bring their customers the best possible buying experience. They are a quick and nimble team that is going to reinvent how Jewelry is bought online.

They are looking for a product manager to work on a strategic initiative to improve seller and customer experience. This initiative will transform the jewelry category, and have a significant impact in this business. You will be responsible for executing the day-to-day operations of this initiative in the US, and work directly with their Jewelry Suppliers and core business team.

You will gain valuable experience in client's systems and many different teams, as well as the Jewelry industry, prevailing standards, and applicable regulations.

Their team is highly collaborative and fun, and consists of seasoned product managers. They are looking for a creative and smart person who can full-ownership of key activities, while still being fun to work with. Key Responsibilities:
Execute an initiative that will maximize customer experience, seller experience, and business benefit
Work cross-functionally with other business teams, and external partners.
Deliver end to end process improvements

The successful candidate will demonstrate:
Taking complete ownership of all day-to-day activities, big and small.
Strong passion for improving customer seller experience.
Superior verbal and written communications skills.
High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
Creativity in innovating and developing new end to end processes
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams; excellent interpersonal skills.
An ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired.
A composed, poised and professional demeanor.
A history of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
Analytical and quantitative skills (includes the ability to effectively use tools such as Excel) and an ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Quantitative data skills (such as Excel)

Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years program or product management experience in a retail or e-commerce company.
Experience in jewelry industry.
Detail Oriented.
Personable, Ability to Communicate Clearly.
Experience in a customer service role is a plus.
Experience in rules enforcement is a plus.
