Product Manager - Web Marketing

We're working with a client in Education industry to find a Product Manager – Web Marketing to join their team! In this role, you will act as a liaison between the internal Marketing and IT Teams as well as external consumer teams. This position plans, develops and oversees implementation of continued improvements and new features and enhancements to company websites. This position will have the ability to plan and execute online marketing strategies and provide strong analytical direction and reporting.


Start Date: As soon as the right candidate is found
Duration: Through August 31 with potential to extend
Location: Onsite at client's office in Tempe
Hours: 40 per week
Rate: $30 - $33/hr DOE

Responsibilities:
• Translate strategic online marketing plans from the larger organization into executable and measurable roadmaps for websites
• Build and coordinate a shared vision with extended departments to gain support for strategic initiatives and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders
• Provide leadership in defining objectives and strategies for website user experience and content
• Utilize web analytics and other tools to research, analyze, and monitor customer, competitor, technology and demographic trends so that market opportunities may be realized and implemented
• Provide direction for graphic designers, copywriters and analysts through creative briefs and in-person meetings to help achieve site goals utilizing web best practices
• Monitor daily site performance metrics, and work with various teams to produce and analyze weekly, monthly, and annual reports measuring the performance of the websites and online marketing campaigns
• Maintains and increases professional and technical knowledge and currency by attending workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies

Requirements
• Thorough knowledge of Web Design and Development as normally obtained through the completion of a bachelors degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• Experience with Web Marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Online Product Management preferred
• Must have in-depth analytical skills in interpreting web analytics data, formulating conclusions, developing strategies based on analysis and experience with web analytics/technology applications
• Must be effective and efficient in communicating across technical and non-technical departments
