Product Manager - E-commerce Data

Our client is looking for a Product Manager who has solid experience in e-commerce data. You will be working within the Consumer Experience and Site Merchandise team, and managing the Master Data pillar for both the main brand.

You will ensure that the Strategy and Operations for the products master data is presented on-site, accurately reflecting the product offerings - bridging the gap between the physical and digital experiences.

You will need to be process & detail orientated – aware that master data is critical not only for delivering on their consumer experience goals, but also their business goals.

Further detail:
- Be the EU touch-point for driving and defining product content enhancements – from imagery, product descriptions to attribute meta-data
- Set up both an ad-hoc and seasonal approach to product data embellishment
- Ensure EU needs are properly represented within global initiatives, specifically around product content enhancements & product presentation.
- Set up a process and team structure to support ad-hoc emergency issues outside of business hours
- Work closely with site merchandising, consumer experience & marketing activation to ensure consumer journeys can be supported with complete & accurate master data
- Be the bridge point between global asset creation team and the market to ensure quality issues are identified and fixed within relevant SLAs
- Ensure the timely availability of assets and global master data in Demandware and GEPS and act as escalation point for all Master DataManagement topics in Demandware and GEPS
- Focus on improvements of complex system processes which are owned or driven/owned by other stakeholders.
- Develop structural process for ensuring campaigns have consistent retrospective approach
