Product Integrity Analyst

Global product regulations monitored, i.e., fiber labeling and communicated to relevant stakeholders. Product claim substantiation, wear tests & competitive product reviews conducted in a timely and effective manner. The purpose of this position is to manage the review of all new and redesigned product development at critical stages to ensure quality requirements are met. Present new & updated standards to PD, Innovation, Design & Merchandising teams. Research and respond to product quality issues identified in the marketplace. Understand consumer expectations and competitive brand performance of consumer groups.

- Knowledge of garment construction and a variety of fabrications
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Excel and the ability to navigate through various interfaces
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a multi-task environment
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical abilities

QUALIFICATIONS: Qualified candidate will have 5 years of experience in apparel encompassing product development or manufacturing. Knowledge of the apparel industry, competitor best practices and the global sourcing environment is desired. Essential skills include strong tracking and documenting skills; and strong analytical, multi-tasking and problem solving abilities. Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally with a textile/apparel emphasis. Minimum 5 years apparel experience and training or education in quality concepts and methods. Key requirement is ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND SENSE OF URGENCY. Able to work independently, but also comfortable with a team -based work structure in a global operating environment. Demonstrated conscientiousness and ability to provide complete follow through on areas of responsibility. Problem solving & root cause analysis skills. Demonstrated computer proficiency.

This position is 6 month contract, with the possibility to extend & convert down the line. The manager is looking for candidates with approximately 5 years’ experience in the apparel industry. This position will interact with the Product Development department, helping qualify the product specifications. The work will be physical in its nature and the candidate will be building product quality checks to measure how certain products will accurately meet the standards set forward on the specifications. The candidate should have training / education in quality concepts & test methods, and a BA degree with textile emphasis is preferred.
