Detail-orient, brand-centric project mgr to direct the product development process and strategic line list planning process. In this critical role you will partner with a multitude of internal cross functional teams (creative, packaging, retail merchandising, brand, & design) and external 3rd party licensees on all phases of the product development process and asset accumulation.
Successful candidate will need to be proactive, resourceful, collaborative, and responsive. With a mindset that combines strong creative sensibility with analytic based judgment.
Lead the project timelines and product development process of Toy & Game licensees
Duties / Responsibilities
Under direction of the Director of Toy & Game Licensing, you will :
Work with Director and Toy & Game category leads to develop overall strategic go-to-market strategy and product/channel segmentation planning at the onset of each selling season
Mange all product development milestones against anticipated ship dates and lead the troubleshooting efforts in event of delays
Leverage understanding of competitive landspace to direct licensees accordingly to deliver best in class product innovation
Work in conjunction with Design team(s) to proactively ensure that all necessary creative reference, design assets, content, engineering specs, sound files, 3D sculpts, etc are available to facilitate a quick to market development process
Support Director and Category leads with licensee product samples, line list, sell in status, etc and lead the efforts in providing all to necessary internal cross-functional groups
