Product Designer

Your design work is clean, focused and inspiring to others. You can easily switch from micro to macro and can create design systems that are scalable and extensible. You will work with Design, Product, and Engineering teams to create beautiful interfaces that facilitate what users want to do, and delight them along the way. Your primary responsibilities include working proactively with Design, Usability and Development to create final UI designs for Apps. The responsibilities of this position will vary but you must be comfortable working with UI frameworks and scenario-based screen user flows and preparing final artwork/ UI specifications and UI guidelines.

-Strong visual communication skills with a dedication to detail and consistency with a Proven track record and a passion for designing compelling, user experiences.
-Working as part of a multi-disciplinary product development team.
-You must have strong work practices and design discipline. And a proven record of delivering innovative solutions on time for demanding and complex visual problems.
-Highly detail-oriented with a passion for pixel perfection, self-motivated, highly organized, able to work in a team environment that is fast-paced with multiple projects.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
-Proficient with the Adobe CS5 suite


5 plus years work related experience required. Minimum of 2 years experience in a lead role. Strong knowledge of user interface and functionality design required. Strong creative skills and ability to generate design ideas required. Advanced experience in creating and implementing usability studies, personas, user flows, wireframes, style guides, navigational structures, and affinity diagrams is required. Advanced knowledge of web technologies (i.e. HTML and CSS). Fluency with standard design software tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc) required. Advanced interaction design and web technology skills (i.e. Flash) may be required. Strong knowledge or experience with database served websites. Experience working with rich client or web applications preferred. Must have the ability to understand and integrate customer needs and motivations into specific areas of product design to contribute to user features and functionality. Must be familiar with industry standards and trends. Strong communication skills as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team required. Must have ability to own and drive projects. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
