Product Delivery Manager

We're looking for a Product Delivery Manager for a 3 month possibly longer contract position. Looking for someone with a strong Project Management background.


The Product Delivery Manager must maintain close communication with stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle to ensure that expectations are set appropriately and projects/products are delivered on time and meet outlined objectives.
The Product Delivery Manager is positioned to contribute directly to not only product delivery, but also assumes a level of ownership for the product specification and the internal/external customer experience. This person should understand business processes and ensure integration between business and technology.

Ideal candidates must be strong communicators, quick learners, skilled problem solvers and detailed oriented.

Responsibilities
• Manage planning and requirements gathering processes with stakeholders to streamline delivery
• Consult with internal teams on functional related aspects of design, project delivery and support
• Establish and maintain delivery timelines and communicate to stakeholders about milestones and progress
• Assist with and conduct discovery sessions
• Own and maintain project documentation
• Direct projects and products towards the solution that meets the business objectives
• Create workflow and use case documents as needed

Skills/Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or in a related technical field. Will consider additional related industry experience.
• Practical experience in Agile Scrum Methodologies
• 3-5 years of experience managing and delivering projects/products in a corporate environment
• Comfortable collaborating in a cross-functional team and communicating with Leadership
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects
• Aptitude in software development lifecycle concepts
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Able to interpret complex information and adapt as needed
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite – including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
