Product Content Marketing Manager
Job Responsibilities / Qualifications

The Product Content Marketing Manager is responsible for driving, developing and coordinating innovative copy aligned with product development strategies and marketing communications efforts. Ensures integration of key communications between product positioning and marketing messaging, applying consistent copy tone and voice for all authored communications, while adhering to brand standards. Creates fresh, high quality content based on complex concepts for both external and internal audiences, including, but not limited to, mobile apps, product copy, social media, video, web copy, papers/reports, articles, success stories, and other sales enablement materials. Capable of writing for consumers in simple verbiage, and marketing to consumers in varying verticals as well as other audiences. Collaborates with business managers, marketing, product development, product management, and sales, to produce relevant content aligned with business strategies.

Qualifications:
• BA/BS in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or relevant field of study. 3+ years of experience writing and editing for a B2B, or technology or software development company
• Experience writing for product usability and technical documentation, mobile apps, digital, and promotional marketing. Experience creating marketing and sales tools for various audiences.
• Background in writing for consumer facing software and/or security and cloud computing solutions is a plus.
• Ability to understand complex issues and quickly; articulate concepts in a simplified, easily comprehendible fashion

• Excellent written and communications skills; excellent attention to detail
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational, project, and time-management skills. Ability to self-direct, multi-task, prioritize assignments.
• Ability to manage complex projects. Must be flexible and able to work under pressure with short turn around intervals. Ability to think independently and resolve issues. Must have a good demeanor and work well under stress.
• Experience with user interface design, web copy and responsive design.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Graphics, formatting.
