Product Content Manager

The Content Manager role for product content is responsible for creation, syndication and maintenance of online product launch content for websites worldwide. Primary responsibilities will involve project management of global web content that aligns to our content strategy. The Content Manager will work with translators, marketing managers and developers to create and syndicate online content for product launches. He/she should ensure the launches/projects are on track and work with the teams that support product launches globally.

Primary Duties include:
• Act as a primary point of contact and escalation for stakeholders
• Engage and liaise with stakeholders/Launch Managers to identify business, technical, status update
and dashboard reporting requirements
• Coordinate launch activities with regional business unit teams
• Creating weekly, monthly, quarterly reports, there by effectively managing client metrics
• Plan, prioritize and manage work requests from various stakeholders and set clear expectations
• Develop innovative solutions to present product content in new and exciting ways
• Identify process gaps, resolve them proactively and develop/evolve SOPs as required
• Effectively lead CMS developers
• Lead, Motivate, coach and guide the team towards business goals
• Manage workflow, proactively engage resources to address issues and effectively delegate
workload
• Identify training needs and work with sponsor for development
• Help create and maintain online product details content, manage content globalization and drive
quality as required
• Identifying process improvements for content launch syndication: translation, rollout, quality audit
