Product Analyst

Our client is seeking a Product Analyst to provide analytical support to product strategy teams.

Responsibilities Include:

Develop data driven models that support strategic initiatives and aid in roadmap prioritization

Adjust modeling based on assumptions like traffic trends, seasonality, market trends, etc.

Understand internal data sets and data sources used widely across the industry

Work across various analytic teams for buy in on revenue model for new initiatives

Self-educate on forward thinking analytic modeling and industry trends. Introduce new technologies and experiences to further the mission of the Ad Product & Monetization team

Partner with product strategists on vetting 3rd party partners and preparing competitive analysis; heavy focus on financial modeling

Work closely with Product Managers & Strategists to monitor new product rollouts, ensuring launch KPIs are met/exceeded

Collaborate with the marketing org and Ad Product Innovation on surfacing success metrics for Product launches for circulation to internal and external Stakeholders

Perform current trend research and analyzes simple data to assist in drawing conclusions and providing recommendations.

Monitors routine service delivery metrics.

Learns how to assess service delivery metrics against standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience required.

2-5 years experience as a business or data analyst; bonus points for experience in media analytics

Ability to perform multi-task work responsibilities in a time-sensitive environment and the desire to work with external clients.

Advanced Excel skills such as lookup functions and advanced pivot required; strong SQL knowledge a plus

Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail; Advanced troubleshooting skills of familiar and unfamiliar technologies alike
