The Product Analyst is reporting to the Yield and Optimization Manager and Sr. Product Analyst for Testing & Optimization will support efforts to increase revenue and interactions on the Disney Parks and Resorts websites and apps through A/B testing. This role will be responsible for writing and managing business rules and requirements for A/B testing (with emphasis on mobile app testing), working with tech and QA teams to prioritize A/B tests, and to actively support stakeholder communications throughout the design and development process.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and have a deep understanding of user testing principles, a strong grasp of telling stories with numbers, experience working on mobile apps and familiarity app release cycles, and a successful track record of creating strong relationships with partners.

Responsibilities
• Identify opportunities for optimization in copy, design, user flows, and overall Guest experience on Parks and Resorts websites and apps
• Work with stakeholders (e.g. Product Management, Design, Tech, and Executives) to define A/B test requirements
• Define and create a mobile app A/B testing process that encompasses work and schedule of A/B testing team, functional partners and stakeholders
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to manage implementation of winning test experiences
• Write business rules and requirements for A/B tests and review acceptance criteria
• Help drive day-to-day priorities for tech and QA teams to ensure deadlines are met
• Collaborate with product teams to implementation winning test experiences
• Provide guidance and quality assurance during test development and launch
• Create presentations for stakeholders and executives to communicate and illustrate upcoming A/B tests
• Create strong and productive relationships with stakeholders and partners

Basic Qualifications
• 3-7 years of experience in digital products, marketing, or optimization
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects/initiatives
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a fast-moving team
• Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, meet deadlines, be resourceful and maintain positive and professional attitude
• Prior experience working across functions and segments
• Deep understanding of online marketing and eCommerce
• Knowledge of statistical testing methodology and web analytics preferred

Preferred Qualifications
• Understanding of agile software development
• Experience with mobile apps and app release cycles
• Experience with Atlassian JIRA software

Required Education Bachelor or Master Degree
