Product Activation Manager

Our client is looking for a Product Manager to overseeing the design of consumer product and service solutions, in collaboration with cross-functional business partners, to drive adoption of consumer-centric products and offerings into the core lines of business. This role will work closely with Product, IT, Pricing/Actuarial, Research and Digital/Marketing teams among others to develop and launch offerings that meet consumer needs. The perfect candidate will be responsible for applying insights and driving application from key strategic initiatives across the enterprise, as well as working hand in hand with other Activation team members to ensure that core activation initiatives fit in seamlessly with complementary business efforts. The Talent will be the key team member to facilitate and collaborate on product design, which includes establishing key features, product performance standards, cost benefit, pricing strategy, market opportunity, competitive positioning, and resource assessment /allocation

• Partner with consumer business/enterprise work stream leads to understand and execute activation initiatives
• Work closely with research, finance, product, marketing, actuary and analytics teams
• Negotiate/broker deals across different internal product groups or with external partners as appropriate to create exclusive product refinements
• Work with core team and enterprise analytics to develop measurement systems for pilots
• Be a change agent and inspire with fresh thinking and best practices
