The candidate will support our Network Products and Pricing Quality Operations Team during our peak benefits season. Tasks include administrative functions including the submission of information to other business partners/teams, data analysis, Q.C. assistance and other tasks as business needs dictate.

The team player and self-starter will have medium-to-expert ability in Microsoft Excel 2007, Access 2007, and Word 2007, in a Windows 7 operating environment. AS400/green screen experience is a plus, but not required. Experience with the administration of healthcare benefits is preferred. The candidate must have an ability to pay extremely close attention to details due to working in our Network pricing (and financial) based setting. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required, must be able to organize and manage multiple tasks and comfortably navigate between different systems for any one given assignment or task.

Other assistance may include, but is not limited to: generating various client reports in an AS400 system which requires comfort in a SQL environment to pull client data (our queries are already pre-established - the resource does not necessarily need to know how to code for SQL processes), filing information online in different client account folders, using web based tools to create work flow communications with other internal Departments as well as help with general administrative tasks as they are needed or assigned (such as filing, organizational tasks, etc.).

Shift for this position will be 8-5 or 7-4 (Monday - Friday) with some flexibility needed based on our business needs, with the potential for an occasional Saturday if needed (based on work flow volume).
