The Producer, Web Experience serves as a liaison among creative, development, QA, and content teams and is responsible for owning experiences that are aligned with the content owner’s business goals. The right candidate will be able to navigate and partner with the following teams: digital strategy to define scope, SEO and SEM to optimize and drive organic and paid media traffic, analytics to ensure proper data measurement and analysis, and local international team for on-brand translation.

We are looking for work that is flawless in its quality, and impactful for our business and all targeted audiences. They must be an effective communicator, detail-oriented with a commitment to solid technical infrastructure and cutting-edge web technologies as well as being able to identify and sell innovative ideas to internal clients. The Producer, Web Experience must also balance and champion innovation, brand, technical consistency, and lead-generation efforts.

Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with client partners across marketing, creative, and development departments to strategically plan and develop each project.
● Work closely with program management team on managing schedule, workflow and process to ensure each stakeholder is actively engaged in each stage of each project.
● Guard and promote our brand standards on the website and across digital marketing deliverables.
● Live and breathe consistency in all things web.
● Champion the integration of web standards, brand, usability, and business requirements.
● Work with and manage external vendors when required. [I don’t think we need this for Associate/Producer level]

Requirements:
● Five to seven years experience in web production.
● Hands-on experience managing web and content production. You have worked closely and understand information architecture, user experience, interaction design, visual design initiatives, analytics/testing and development (including mobile).
● Deconstruct HTML and CSS at a detailed level to assemble components, pages in an enterprise CMS environment is ideal.
● Troubleshoot technical problems logically and systematically that arise in various marketing technology systems: marketing automation, lead management, CRM, translation, tag management, personalization, such as:
a) CRM
b) Marketing automation i.e., Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot
c) Adobe marketing cloud products i.e., Experience Manager (CQ), Analytics, Target
d) Personalization ie., Demandbase, etc.

● Work against tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and work on multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously.
● Prioritize workload based on overall marketing priorities.
● Agility to manage variety of production related tasks with a “now vs perfect” mindset.
● Work with mindset urgency while remaining calm.
