The  team is looking for an Producer to join the Education Edition team to drive the timely delivery of our next educational product. 
We are looking for an Producer who has worked with teams of artists, designers, and engineers to make high quality web games. Primary responsibilities include managing a game based learning project across multiple disciplines such as art, design, dev and test as well as other external partners to create the best end user experience possible. Key to this role is the ability to inspire and motivate, reduce risk and increase predictability. To succeed, you will need to continually evolve, document, drive and sometimes create new processes. The detail oriented, self-motivated and flexible candidate who can connect with creative types will be the best fit for this team. 
Job Duties: 
• Work at various stages of development to ensure milestones are delivered on time and to the highest possible quality. 
• Make intelligent trade off decisions between scope and quality when time and resources are constrained. 
• Create and maintain the project schedule; ensure teams are on track with their deliverables. 
• Keep the team aware of milestones deliverables and goals through all phases of development. 
• Identify risks in advance and drive the team towards successful resolution before the risks turn into fires. 
• Be willing to take on responsibilities as needed for the Studio, looking for a person who can seamlessly transition between tasks. 
• Must be unafraid of hard work. 

Expected experience: 
• 3+ years of experience as a Program Manager, Producer, Project Manager or related experience. 
• The ability to coordinate and collaborate with external partners to deliver the project on time, with the proper scope and quality. 
• Proven ability to plan, create and maintain an effective production schedule. 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
• Identify when you’re outside your comfort zone and ask for help. 
• Be familiar with presenting your plan and product. 
• Our processes should evolve to become better, be flexible. 
• Be results driven. 
Bonus points for: 
• Experience with Scrum.
