We’re working on new ways to push the future of 3D and holographic computing and we need adaptive problem solvers to create and explore new experiences using cutting edge technology. As a Design Producer, you will help drive activities that enable our Studio to ship key these deliverables.

Candidate Responsibilities:
Work as an amplifier of team productivity, looking for ways to make processes and tools more efficient
Working with your partners to identify and clarify design requirements.
Drive work priority with input from PM, Engineering, and Creative.
Drive completion of designs and deliver to client team for implementation.
Flawlessly execute on a variety of projects such as presentations and demos
Identify and mitigate product risks and dependencies

Candidate Requirements:
• 3+ years Production/Program Management experience shipping high quality consumer experiences.
• Strong interpersonal communication and cross-team collaboration skills with the proven ability to work with, and build win-win relationships with, creatives (e.g. artists and game designers), technical people (e.g. developers), and non-technical people (e.g. PR and Marketing) alike. When conflicts occur, you bring people together, with careful listening, mitigation, and resolution skills
• Exceptional organization skills. Detailed and organized communication skills with clear, concise, and specific follow through on all action items resulting from meetings and/or directions from the production team.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity. Experience is required to deal with ambiguous situations and conditions, and an ongoing need to identify, assess, and solve problems quickly and frequently.
• A background in software engineering and the development lifecycle with the ability to drive large, complex programs and solutions using both direct and virtual teams.
• Technical aptitude and demonstrated ability to quickly come up to speed with new technologies.
• A high level of enthusiasm, ingenuity, self-motivation, resourcefulness and drive for results in a fast-paced space. Must have a positive and team-oriented attitude.
