Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years experience in television production, including shooting HD footage, and editing on final cut in a deadline driven environment
• Cold calling and booking experience
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
• Must be willing to submit to a background investigation
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities:
The Producer will be reporting to Creative Director in developing and maintaining ongoing creative strategy and communicate creative direction to all members of production and post-production process. Interface with creative and production to develop and maintain creative, strategy and execution. Plan pre-production and execution of live-action interview shoots, and additional segments as necessary. Write scripts for all shoots and send to creative for approval. Manage, inspire, and problem solve with entire production team including: Show Creator/Host, Talent Booker, Production Assistant, Editor, Camera operators, field producers, sound engineers, props, art department, wardrobe and hair/makeup artists. Collaborating with creative and production management, manage advertising integrations from idea to execution including managing scripting process and approvals. Be present/take part in client calls to establish creative for integrated shoots. Oversee shoots featuring advertiser integrations including interfacing with creative and production and ad clients. Occasional travel necessary. Oversee wardrobe approval process, interfacing with host and management on regular basis. Collaborate with show creator/host on identifying interview highlights before moving into post production process. Managing approval of cuts with management, adding in extra time for ad clients when segment includes advertiser integrations. Manage post production process, from pulling selects to assembling rough cuts to organizing scripting and shooting of intro tosses. Oversee color correct and mix, including management approvals. Collaborating with segment editor, manage ongoing graphic elements, working with motion graphics department on everything from show graphics to advertiser logos. Interface with network on all approvals. Research guests and provide host with background information and network approved themes to explore in interview. For integration shoots, participate in network pre-production process to plan out execution in advance, including details of how to feature product both visually and in spoken copy.
