The Digital Initiatives Group (DIG) is the business unit in charge of bringing brands to life on a variety of interactive platforms (online/web, video game consoles, handhelds, mobile, etc).

DIG is seeking a Producer to work with the Girls' Brands Producer team.  We are looking for someone who is passionate about digital and is enthusiastic about tackling multiple projects within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate would drive development of engaging, best in class digital content for girls 6-12. This Producer is responsible for creating strategy, objectives, success metrics and budgets for all online initiatives at yearly global level. It will be this Producer's responsibility to manage all of the producers who work on project schedules, resources and vendors to execute the creation of complex website content and deliver on key objectives in a highly matrixed environment.

This individual must have the ability to manage multiple brands and projects independently and consider the impact of decisions on website goals.


▪ Lead project teams through brainstorm, conception, development, launch and content updates for various complex interactive websites and digital content initiatives.
▪ Own project management schedules and maintain budgets for various digital projects to deliver high quality content on time and on budget.
▪ Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Brand, Creative, IT, QA)
▪ Manage execution to ensure ongoing key performance indicators are met.
▪ Manage assets and information flow to/from various internal teams and outside vendors/contractors (i.e. agencies/design firms, illustrators, programmers, etc.)
▪ Spearhead contracts for external resources and responsible for legal compliances (COPPA/CARU guidelines, etc.)
▪ Maintain awareness of trends in the industry, including game play, technology, media trends, in addition to popular culture
▪ Thought leader who can act as a key player in the development of new technology initiatives online site.


▪ Minimum of 5 years of work experience with at least 5 years experience of website project management and production
▪ Proven track record launching and maintaining major sites for the entertainment or online youth market preferred
▪ Experience producing complex, large scale sites with multiple vendors
▪ Experience developing & executing online marketing strategies preferred
▪ Proven budget management and resource allocation skills
▪ Broad knowledge of web and mobile technologies, media, enterprise level CMS, and technical platforms
▪ Familiarity with waterfall, agile and scrum development methodologies
▪ Passion for the power of digital content that translates into innovative, insightful and imaginative thinking


▪ Passion for interactive play, fun and gaming of all kinds especially for girl related content
▪ Ability to adapt quickly to a rapidly changing, fast-paced creative environment
▪ Strong communication skills and ability to shine in a highly matrixed environment
▪ Demonstrated positive attitude, sees challenges as opportunities and translates them into actionable items.
