This team is looking for a dynamic and organized Assistant Producer to work in the Web & Creative Services team. The role is responsible for supporting both Web development and Creative Services art production and will help to ensure both groups are delivering their features & deliverables on time, at or above expected quality, and within budget.

In this role, you’re expected to facilitate cross-team collaboration to ensure deliverables are completed, and client needs are met. The Assistant Producer will help create production plans, assist in establishing and tracking deliverables against the plan, manage project risks, and react to quickly to challenges and changing priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively identifies dependencies and risks associated with meeting project milestones. Ensures appropriate steps are taken to resolve issues which may prevent or compromise project deliverables.
• Creates and updates status to provide ‘real-time' visibility of development efforts.
• Identifies task-related processes to improve efficiency.
• Assists with scope and capacity planning.
• Assists with project data organization and tracking.
• Assists in running scrums.
• Tracks down and documents client requirements.
• Coordinate with internal support teams (ie, Localization, QA), as well as with internal client teams (ie, Community, Esports, Licensing, Marketing).

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills with a calm and mature demeanor
• Ability to excel within and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
• Strong understanding of creative and technical work environments and processes
• Adept at motivating teams and individuals
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Minimum of 2 years production experience on web, console or mobile apps.
• Has previous experience launching 2-3 website or service-based mobile apps.
• Bachelor's degree, Game Development diploma, PMP Designation or equivalent an asset
• Previous people management and leadership experience
• Experience with a variety of project mgmt. methodologies (Agile, Waterfall etc.)
• Experience managing cross functional teams
