Vitamin T is assisting our NYC agency client in their search for a temp to perm Producer / Project Manager
The primary role of the Producer is to assist the team with the creation of static, animated and short-video content, as well as serve as the liaison between clients and legal teams, external partners and vendors, and internal team members. Strong candidates will have big brand experience, a strong marketing/branding sense, and proficiency with all current social media platforms (content specs, media unit specs, content creation/distribution trends). The perfect candidate is organized, enthusiastic, hard-working, social-savvy, has project management experience and is comfortable working with Creative Directors and writers/designers.

Responsibilities:
 Work closely with the Director to execute breakthrough work in social media
 Manage all social media content for the brand
 Collaborate with editorial and creative leads on timing and approvals of content creation
 Concept, edit and organize social media content from ideation to execution
 Coordinate the creation of graphic and video assets with writers and designers, ensuring timely approvals from the creative team and implementation from the community manager
 Set timely production schedules, help create shot lists and coordinate photo/video shoots for social media content
 Work collaboratively with lead Creative Directors, distilling and delivering feedback to the creative team and ensuring the final output is of the highest quality
 Track and manage social media content assets and approvals; use platforms like Percolate or Spredfast
 Assist team in managing social media coverage for live events or real-time content marketing opportunities
 Find and manage relationships with social media campaign vendors like Offerpop or Brandmovers
 Develop and maintain relationships with social media platform partners like Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Tumblr and Pinterest
 Coordinate and manage influencer partnerships around co-produced content
 Bring new efficiencies and improvements to the content process, both monthly content creation and real-time content creation
 Generate insight into client content and engagement performance, and provide recommendations for improvement
 Assist with defining scope and managing the team’s hours and output to ensure the project is operating within scope
 Monitor and leverage social media industry trends around content management solutions, content distribution techniques and overall innovations in social media technology
