Aquent is the leading global staffing company dedicated to roles within the Marketing, Creative and Digital space. To complement our staffing business, we are developing an insights practice that will allow us to spot trends, identify labor gaps and provide solutions our clients and the broader marketplace. We call this practice SkillScan, and we need a Producer who can work with researchers to develop and manage compelling content for a variety of audiences and formats.
We will engage researchers (SMEs) who understand Marketing, Creative and Digital roles to interview our clients and talent to identify gaps and trends. You’ll work closely with them to guide their interviews by researching external aspects, interpreting/synthesizing the results and creating “an angle” for presenting the findings. Think of yourself as an investigative journalist or a television producer: your role is to translate the raw data into an engaging story that our clients, talent and the press will find compelling about trends in this space.
While you’re ultimately responsible for delivering consumable content, you’ll also need to have strong project management skills to keep the overall project on track - ensuring that the interviews are completed on time, confirming you receive usable data/quotes/insights from the SMEs, and coordinating production resources to bring your ideas/copy to life (ie. creating videos, infographics, posting blogs, publishing whitepapers, etc.). You’ll also help define the vision for how the three major areas (Marketing, Creative, Digital) are segmented and drive the timeline for regular analysis of each segment.
NOTE: This position will start as a project/contract role with the potential of becoming a salaried in-house position .
