The Global Procurement - Center of Excellence (COE ) is a high visibility team within our client's Global Procurement department with a purpose of building a truly world class Procurement function, supported by best-in-class Processes, Tools, Systems, and Training. The COE supports the Procure to Pay workstream to ensure timely service delivery to internal and external customers. 

The Procurement Center of Excellence Analyst, Procure to Pay will assist managing processes and various tasks associated with the Procure to Pay function within the Global Procurement department. 
Duties and Responsibilities 

• Ensure that each Business Unit’s buying and expediting needs are met and achieved in a compliant manner with company procurement policies 
• Process requisitions and purchase orders in a timely and efficient manner 
• Ensure excellent customer service by proactively identifying customer needs and improvement opportunities and responding quickly to those needs 
• Assists in the resolution of invoice discrepancies and payment blocks which includes working closely with Accounts Payable personnel 
• Perform regular Purchasing maintenance activities within Procurement systems (closing of POs, updating of payment terms) 
• Contribute to the performance and profitability of Business Units through the purchasing process 
• Assist employees on proper use of Procure to Pay systems by answering colleague questions and troubleshooting issues 
• Contribute to a strong governance culture by complying with appropriate governance policies and procedures 

Required and Desired Skills 
• Bachelor’s degree- business or operational background is preferred 
• 1 to 3 years experience and proven technical proficiency with procure to pay tools. SAP, Ariba, ReadSoft specific skills a plus 
• Knowledge of purchasing and accounts payable interface 
• Knowledge of relevant ERP purchasing module 
• Intermediate knowledge of (Excel, PowerPoint,) 
• Strong analytical, business process analysis and problem-solving capabilities 
• Financial acumen 
• Effective time management, communication, and organizational skills 
• Ability to ensure ethical behavior in all dealings with suppliers 
• High motivation and results-oriented work ethic 
• Ability to develop and maintain close working relationships with peers, suppliers, and customer
