Procurement Contract Administrator

Our client, a global retailer and fashion brand, is looking for a Procurement Contract Administrator to join their team. In this high-visibility role, you will support contract negotiations, contract management, contract audit and contract administration activities in the Global Indirect Procurement team.

Major Responsibilities

Perform Procurement Contract Lifecycle Management Activities
 Execute and support all aspects of the contract lifecycle management process for procurement (supplier) contracts from contract creation, negotiation, administration/record management, and compliance tracking/audit through contract renewal or termination.
 Monitor contracting activities for the primary spend categories supported by Global Indirect Procurement.
 Review, draft, edit and negotiate contractual terms and conditions directly with suppliers or by partnering with procurement sourcing professionals globally.
 Ensure adherence to established contract execution, publishing and contract archival practices and policies.
 Advise procurement professionals, internal clients and other stakeholders at all levels regarding contract terms and conditions, including, resolving complex contractual and business issues.
 Ensure all contracts conform to applicable rules, regulations, policies, laws and requirements.
 Ensure consistently high quality and accuracy of contract documentation with special attention to the effective documentation of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators to mandate strong supplier performance.
 Consult with assigned attorney regarding contract issues.

Support existing contracts through all phases of Contract Management Lifecycle
 Monitor contract compliance and assist supplier contract audit activities given direction from sourcing professionals.
 Write reports that profile procurement contract volumes, values and renewal dates.

Requirements Gathering, Sourcing, and Planning
 Requests for Proposals and Negotiation Plans to identify & address business risks, including financial, performance related, indemnification, export, reputational, and other risks to be mitigated in the scope of the contract negotiation.
