The Graphic Designer/Visual Designer Associate reports to the Manager, Creative, and works with management, conceptual development, design and production of graphic communications and marketing materials across media including digital, print, exhibits, signage and custom projects. The Designer is expected to take creative and fiscal responsibility for marketing communication projects and oversee, coach and art direct the work of the Senior Graphic Designer and Graphic Designer.

Working with the Creative Manager, the Associate maintains the visual integrity of the company brand portfolio and helps evolve the corporate graphic identity. The Associate has excellent graphic design skills and a deep understanding of the digital and print production process.

The Designer must be able to verbalize conceptual designs, collaborate with business partners, present design ideas and take art direction well.
Working with the Creative Manager, maintain the visual integrity of the brand and help formulate and evolve the corporate graphic identity.
Oversee the development of integrated marketing materials across multiple media, including print, digital, exhibits, signage and custom projects.
Enhance UX and deliver an engaging user experience in the development of digital assets on the corporate website, email marketing, video, imagery and events.
Lead projects, define parameters, manage creative efforts and estimate budget costs.
Coach and give art direction Collaborate and present design ideas and mock-ups to clients together with the Design Manager and Associate.
Identify and manage outside vendors and creative resources as required
