Aquent is seeking for a Print Project Manager to partner with Senior Manager and team on strategic execution of integrated communication plans and marketing tactics supporting the Sales team. Responsible for project management of marketing campaigns, materials, and programs which require alignment and communication with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Advertising, Legal, Publicity, etc. Participate in and understand channel strategy, develop annual channel campaigns to align with key initiatives.
Define tactics and supervise team to properly support campaign content for the respective channels to drive overall demand to the channels.
Create scope of work documents for internal department’s project development guidance. i.e. Advertising creative briefs, etc. 75%
Trade Marketing Campaign Development and Project Management
Create sales tools in order to better educate the trade industry about the Orlando destination, increase awareness and drive ticket and package sales
Responsible for campaign development, implementation and communication, ensuring strategic alignment to all key stakeholders in areas including: Advertising, Brand Marketing, Sales Channels, Legal, License Partners, etc.
Planning/development of annual communication schedule and updates
Leads strategy/creative review process for channel needs
Manage event or campaign needs/channel assessment process
Ensure campaign materials are developed and delivered in accordance with timelines and budget
Development of look back analysis on specific programs
Utilize data to develop recommendation for current program enhancements maximizing ROI while leading projects for additional market campaign’s based on industry trends and data.
Ensure that website and email content for the Travel Trade is up to date and on strategy.
Provide input and direction to other divisions which have impact on Trade segments including Advertising, Brand Marketing, Corporate Partnerships, Resorts, and UPRV promoting idea generation; product trial and analysis on product alignment with objectives and resources.
Supervise team members in the execution of campaigns on timeline and within budget. Ensure campaigns are aligned with strategy.
Team Management and Supervision
Work with sales channel leadership to ensure alignment on strategy and tactical planning prior to development.
Work with internal departments to secure feedback and approvals for channel campaigns
Develop annual timeline for all channels ensuring cross channel communication and process is streamlined.
Interact with internal sales partners and client account reps to align program functional needs within retail, OTA, at home and Wholesale environment guidelines & parameters.
Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
