Print Production Manager (Part-Time)

The Print Production Coordinator (PPC) assists the Print Production Department in managing the day-to-day work flow within the Retail Production Department through all phases of print production.

Manage print orders with various outside vendors
Process purchase orders; Receive goods into inventory system and reconcile to invoice
Monitor Schedules: Track Production; Communicate updates throughout business team
Maintain status reports
Own and maintain product specifications within inventory system
Proof Review: Assist in proof reading creative pdfs and printer proofs
Works directly with Print Production, Retail Project Management, Supply Chain, Marketing and Creative to coordinate and communicate project requirements
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
One to three years print production experience preferred
Knowledge of print industry specifications and terminology helpful
Experience with pre-press, traffic, creative and print production processes
Must be organized, efficient, professional and able to work independently and within a team environment
Must have a strong attention to detail and follow through
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to work comfortably and effectively with a diverse group of people both internally and externally both on the phone and in person
Ability to handle a wide range of projects and tasks simultaneously
Ability to work quickly and precisely in a fast paced working environment under tight deadlines
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Must have experience with MS Office applications, including Excel, Word and Outlook
