Print Production Manager - Must have direct mail experience

Minimum of 3-5+ years direct response production experience preferred to include:
--Print estimation requisition for direct mail package formats
--Review of proofs, press check okays
--Working knowledge of list data processes
--Creation and oversight of mail file data processing campaign requirements
--Review and approval of personalization sign-offs
--Experience with bindery and mail operations processes of lettershop
--Ability to execute and implement campaigns under tight schedules while maintaining all QC/QA controls
--Strong vendor communication and negotiating ability

Responsibilities: - Work with Communication Specialists in order to assist them in completing their projects, from approvals, print production through fulfillment.
Responsibilities include managing budgets, generating cost estimates and invoice reconciliation, press checks, vendor negotiation, and quality control.

4-5 years print production experience in a corporate environment or an agency, and/or relevant experience.

Coordinates and tracks the internal and external resources necessary to complete business partners’ marketing communications projects on schedule and within budget.

Creates and manages project schedules. Gets quotes from printers. Works collaboratively with all team members.
