Print Production Manager

Our client, a local full-service advertising agency, is looking for an experienced Print Production Manager to join their team!

In this role, you'll be involved with the planning, coordination, and final production of ALL print materials. You will be responsible for ensuring that materials are produced efficiently, on-time, cost effectively, and with high quality. You'll work closely with the entire agency team, including Creative, Account Management, Project Management, and client vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality creative consistent with company and client standards.

Start Date: ASAP (like yesterday!)
Duration: Temporary; up to 1 month with the possibility of continuation past that time period [typical hours for this role are 9am - 5:30pm]
Location: on-site in Philadelphia, PA

To be awesome in this role you'll need:
+ at least 5-7 years experience; 12+ years experience a MAJOR plus!
+ must be able to attend press checks (as needed) and ensure projects reach their final destinations on time and on budget
+ must be proficient in securing usage rights and permissions for photography and other licenses
+ must have experience with start-to-finish production management of projects to include selecting vendors, developing specs, estimates and timelines, writing vendor purchase orders, processing check requests, invoice reconciliation and ensuring digital and print vendor files meet specifications
