Manages live print projects, vendors and costs associated with the execution of marketing campaigns. These projects are initiated via a variety of channels in both the Retail and PBM business segments. The role is responsible for the creation of schedules, assignment of projects, tracking projects through the execution cycle, job prioritization and providing ongoing communications to business partners, Account Service teams, in some cases Member Communications Optimization team members and external vendors. The Print team consultant acts as a conduit between Account Services managers, team members, business partners and print vendors.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the creation of schedules, management and tracking of projects through the execution cycle. This position will require job prioritization and providing ongoing communications to business partners, Account Service teams and external vendors. Build end to end print specifications, engage appropriate vendor for estimating through to assignment of project. Manages and ensures adherence to all PHI and related compliance requirements when required.
  • Print Production Vendor Management – Manage Print Production vendors, obtain pricing, schedules and management of all template changes, QC metrics and compliance. In addition, the position will also develop and distribute reports and provide analysis to Strategic Procurement management team as well as business partners.
  • Best Practices and Industry Trend Analysis – Have ability to make recommendations or format and new technology for execution of print production best practices for marketing campaigns.


    REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Print Production experience required
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
  • Understanding of print production work flow development and management tools (Ariba, Oracle, and Aprimo)
  • Ability to quickly master new software & understand new software programming/technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Customer focused service and action orientated
  • Data analysis and Reporting utilizing MRM tools and Microsoft Excel

    ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Ability to respond and perform swiftly and seamlessly in rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to lead production meetings where individuals have different POV’s and direct compromise
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management in corporate environment

    ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

  • Upon receipt of new projects evaluate timetables and adjust workflows as needed to keep projects on track
  • Monitor all projects in MRM tool and manage reporting both planned & adhoc
  • Close all projects in MRM tool
  • Lead touch base meetings with Account Services & Member Ops teams
  • Prepare project status reports
  • Report and document all issues related to MRM tool
