Print Production Coordinator/Direct Mail Coordinator

This is a junior to mid level role 2-6 years experience.

Must have strong organization skills and prior experience coordinating direct mail campaigns including managing schedules, print specs, and cost analysis.

Coordinates print production schedules, print specifications, and cost analysis reports for internal budget approval. Initiates requests for bids, customer quotations, and purchase orders for vendors. May produce presentations and other creative print media based on content prepared by professional staff. May require an associate's degree or its equivalent and experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.


Responsibilities: Coordinates print/ lettershop production schedules, print specifications, and cost analysis reports for multiple direct mail projects and possibly e-mail campaigns. Vendor management includes: requests for bids, customer quotations, and purchase orders for vendors. May require an associate's degree or its equivalent and experience in the field or in a related area.

Skills required: vendor management, cost-reduction analysis, direct mail design knowledge, internal customer support. Some travel required (<5%) for vendor visits / meetings. Reports to a manager.
