Vitamin T is in need of a Print Production Coordinator

Main Duties
Manage production of marketing projects through oversight of internal design team and outside vendors. Manage workflow and timeliness of projects to ensure marketing projects are completed in a manner consistent with corporate identity standards. Communicate with clients to prepare projects for production and bid projects to vendors. This includes :
Oversee workflow and responsibilities of design team to ensure timely completion of projects. Gauge and adjust work volume to coordinate project completion .
Coordinate marketing campaign with Marketing team, including providing assistance with project-based budget development, presentations and plan coordination. Work closely with intake/traffic coordinator, director and marketing coordinator to debrief, review, assess and move projects into production. Review and approve vendor invoices

Communicate with internal and external clients on behalf of Marketing regarding status and approval processes for projects; gather and route projects for internal approvals. Act as liaison between vendors and client, securing quotes on projects, assessing bids, placing orders, ensuring fulfillment and quality standards are met and conducting external print checks

Required
Bachelor degree,
-minimum five years experience in communications/advertising agency as a senior project manager, traffic coordinator, print production supervisor or account executive
-ability to prioritize competing projects and communicate changes in production schedule to design team and clients
-experience with or knowledge of inDesign, Photoshop and Microsoft Office suite
-knowledge of project management software
-excellent communication and organizational skills, with extreme attentiveness to detail
-ability to multitask
-collaborative spirit and ability to work with individuals at all levels throughout the organization
-Must be willing to work 40 hours per week.
