My client is a well-known and respected Disability Charity looking for a full brand refresh. They do some amazing work and have a dedicated team who really want to make a difference for their stakeholders.

They are looking to build a new design team, which they hope to run like an in-house agency.

The client is ideally looking for ex-agency candidates looking for a better work life balance, who want to make a difference.

The lead role requires an inspirational and motivated designer. This role may suit a MW candidates looking to step up and line manage.

They are looking for through & through creatives who are happy leading and coming up with innovative, quirky ideas and can communicate to a wide range of audiences.

You will have a chance to work alongside a Creative services manager with both Agency and Charity experience.

The ideal candidates will have a range of experience including creative/advertising/design agencies, corporate and in-house.

Mix of experience in folios:

• Predominantly agency but would look at corporate & charity specifically around work with accessibility.
• She is really looking for very creative people and quirky/different ideas.
• Enthusiastic, confident, hungry, driven and passionate about what they do.
• Strong team player and able to convey ideas to range of stakeholders
• Candidates who have additional interest in photography, illustration or animation also environmental or events. These are not must haves but nice to have!
• Communication, branding a human touch, emotional design - this is what they want! Understand how to communicate to different audiences
